Primary Care Associates offers comprehensive medical care for patients of all ages. From well-child visits and preventive care to family medicine and sick clinic services, we partner with you for lifelong health.
Well-Child & Preventive Visits
Regular checkups to monitor growth, development, and overall health. We focus on preventive care and education for healthy lifestyles.
Sick Clinic (Established Patients)
For established patients, we offer sick clinic sign-in times Monday through Friday: 7:45–8:00 AM and 12:30–12:45 PM. This provides prompt attention for acute illnesses without a scheduled appointment (sign-in required during these windows).
Family & Primary Care
Care for adults and children. We emphasize ongoing relationships, listening to concerns, and supporting healthy living for the entire family.
Physicals & Immunizations
School and sports physicals, as well as immunization and vaccination services to protect against preventable diseases.
Additional Care
Our office features 12 exam rooms for privacy and two waiting rooms. We accept a variety of insurance plans (please verify with your carrier). Payment options include checks, cash, credit cards, money orders, and payment plans if needed.
