Regina N. Coleman, MD, FAAP
Dr. Regina is our Talbott pediatrician. Her exceptional child-focused care goes above and beyond to meet the needs of her patients. She is highly trained in Pediatrics and has a personality that puts both children and their parents at ease. Her knowledge and confidence are recognized within the pediatric community.
Education includes the University of Alabama at Birmingham, University of Alabama School of Medicine, and University of Tennessee in Memphis. She began working at the practice (formerly St. Mary’s Talbott) in 1999, opened and co-owned Phillips Medical Group, PC, and is the proud owner of Primary Care Associates. Member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Rachel Rouse Dearing, RN, MSN, FNP-C
Born and raised in Morristown, Tennessee, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Rachel Rouse Dearing provides care to patients of all ages. She holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Nursing from East Tennessee State University and is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners in Family Practice. She started at the practice (formerly Phillips Medical Group) in 2008.
