What are your hours?
Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Closed weekends. Sick clinic sign-in for established patients: 7:45–8:00 AM and 12:30–12:45 PM Monday–Friday.
Do you accept new patients?
Yes, we are accepting new patients. Please call (423) 581-7040 to schedule.
What insurance do you accept?
BCBS, Cigna, United Healthcare, Tricare, APWU, TPPN, Humana, TennCare, Medicare, Community Health Alliance, and others. Please confirm with your carrier.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Call the office. Online scheduling is not available on this site to protect your privacy.
